INCOMPLETE work
1 DEVELOPING PROFICIENCY: several errors; requires assistance on most of the assignment; cannot demonstrate mastery even with assistance.
2 APPROACHING PROFICIENCY: demonstrates partial understanding; few errors; requires some assistance on the assignment.
3 MEETS PROFICIENCY: minor errors that do not affect the students understanding; no assistance needed, meets expectations for the target.
4 MASTERS PROFICIENCY: applies knowledge to material across curriculum and in real-world scenarios without assistance or prompting; working above grade level on content.
